Sonoma Tek is owned and operated by its founders, Warren and Tess Smalley. Together they have managed to form a strong company which relies on a combination of technical knowledge and sound business experience.

After he and Tess arrived in the United States from Sydney, Australia, Warren decided to fulfill a lifelong dream of building a business in America. The only question was what kind of a business.
At the time, Warren could see that business was trying to grasp and take advantage of the gains that were being made in technology. Unfortunately, to truly take advantage of technology the owner of a small to medium business needed to have high amounts of capital available. Afterall, hiring full-time, qualified employees was a substantial working expense and continues to be so today.
So, knowing that small to medium business needed to be able to embrace technology if it was going to evolve and compete with cash-rich and major corporations Warren decided to form Sonoma Tek, introducing the value of affordable Internet and web-based technologies to businesses.
