Except as it applies to showcasing work completed (i.e. our portfolio and comments by clients), and content related to your business for which you have instructed us to publish, we make this commitment to you:
- As a matter of doing business, there is information required by Sonoma Tek that could be considered sensitive to business and individuals. You can be assured that Sonoma Tek values your trust, and will never sell, or otherwise disclose information to third parties unless under subpoena, or other jurisdictional order.
- Sonoma Tek will never disclose individually identifiable, sensitive information about our clients to any third party without first receiving that client(s) express or implied permission. This policy specifically applies to your personal name, email address, telephone number, billing and/or shipping information, and any other individually identifiable, or sensitive information.
- The restrictions on the dissemination of information are not subject to change. This policy may be amended from time to time, but the amendments will not diminish the protection of privacy already afforded to our clients. Neither will future amendments to our policy diminish the protection of privacy already afforded to the previously collected information belonging to our clients.
Sonoma Tek uses 128 bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to ensure that data uploaded to and downloaded from our server is encrypted whilst it is being transported over the Internet. Furthermore, it is backed up and secured on our servers using current technology and encryption standards.
Sub-contractors, vendors, and associates are required to commit themselves to this level of privacy or greater before we will work with them.
